Fixed quotes, on schedule
We show up when we say we will.
Three things, done well.
We do not paint, plumb, or tile. Hardwood is the whole job, and it has been for nearly thirty years.
Installation
Solid and engineered hardwood installed over a flat, dry subfloor. We acclimate the wood, hand-nail where it matters, and leave clean transitions.
Refinishing
Dust-contained sanding through four grits, then a water-based or oil finish you choose. Old floors come back to a flat, even sheen.
Repair
Board replacement, water damage, pet stains, and squeaks. We source matching stock, weave in new boards, and blend the finish.
How a job runs.
No surprises on the schedule. You know the plan, the price, and the finish before we sand a single board.
- 01
Walk-through and estimate
We come to the house, measure, check the subfloor, and talk through wood, finish, and timing. You get a fixed quote, not a range.
- 02
Acclimate and prep
Wood sits on site to reach moisture balance. We protect cabinets, vents, and doorways, and confirm the subfloor is flat and dry.
- 03
Install or sand
Boards go down by hand where it counts, or we sand through four grits under HEPA dust containment. Stain samples come next.
- 04
Finish and walk-out
Two to three coats of your chosen finish, then a final walk-through. We leave the space clean and the care guide clear.
Recent work around town.
A few floors from the last year. Every one sanded or laid by our crew, not subcontracted out.
What neighbors say.
“They refinished floors three other companies said were beyond saving. The house looks twenty years younger.”
